Every dictation tool converts speech to text word for word. But nobody talks in clean sentences. Recitey uses on-device AI to rewrite what you say before it reaches your screen.
Why we built this
Every dictation tool on the market does the same thing: convert speech to text, word for word. But that's not how people actually talk. We ramble, say “um,” repeat ourselves, and leave sentences unfinished.
Recitey was built to bridge that gap. It uses on-device AI to clean up, restructure, and improve your dictated text before it reaches your screen. The result reads like you typed it carefully, even though you just spoke off the cuff.
Privacy by design
Your audio never leaves your device. The free tier runs entirely offline. Pro features send only the transcribed text (never audio) for AI processing, and nothing is stored after the response is returned. We don't require an account to use the free tier, and we don't collect personal data.
Early access
